“Lou Hei” Yusheng is a Chaozhou-style raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish (most commonly salmon), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. Yusheng literally means “raw fish” but since fish is commonly conflated with its homophone “abundance”, is interpreted as a homophone for Yúshēng meaning an increase in abundance.

Therefore, yusheng is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor. We wish all our friends, family, and everyone who is with us, a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH PLENTY OF ABUNDANCE THIS YEAR!

Looking back at how we started our store 4 years ago, fast forward to now celebrating our 2nd year anniversary for Sup Clothing. Sup was started 2 years ago when we finally decided on doing something that we really like and can relate to. This is Dingxuan, an amazing girl who has been with me since i started Sup. Although we are no longer together anymore, i know she will always be with me. Her ability to see things in a different perspective really taught me alot in this business. Thank you.
